Which countries can I now ship to?

Sincerely Yours products are now available for purchase in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This is the first time we've shipped outside of the US, and we're so excited to bring our products to more people.

How long does international shipping take?

Standard delivery to Canada and Mexico takes about 9–14 business days from when your order ships. Express is available for a quicker arrival.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends will be processed the next business day. During high-volume periods like holidays, processing and shipping time may take a total of 20 days. (3-5 days for processing).

If there is an item in your order on preorder, you will receive confirmation once your order has shipped. Because they're not in stock yet, they will take longer than regular orders. Estimated release and shipping dates will always be shown on the product page.

Please note, to reduce environmental impact all items in your order will be shipped together once they're available.

How much does shipping to Canada or Mexico cost?

Standard shipping to Canada is $12 CAD. Standard shipping is free for order over $25 CAD.

Standard shipping to Mexico is $250 MXN. Standard shipping is free for orders over $1500 MXN.

What is Global-e?

Global-e is our international fulfillment partner. For orders shipped to Canada and Mexico, Global-e will appear as the merchant of record on your transaction. They help us get your products to you safely and handle duties and taxes at checkout.

What is the return policy for international orders?

Unfortunately, we can't offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the US at this time. Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us at care@sincerely-yours.com.

How can I track my shipment?

The tracking link will be provided by email once the order has shipped.

What are your shipping costs? Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders over:

  • US: $30
  • Canada: $95 CAD
  • Mexico: $1,500 MXN

Express shipping is available in the US and Canada for an additional fee if you need your products faster.

Where do you ship? Any international shipping?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. More countries are on the way — sign up for emails so you're the first to know when we land in your country!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once you place your order, it usually takes 1–3 business days to process and pack.

After that:

  • US: Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days. Express is faster (timing shown at checkout).
  • Canada & Mexico: Standard delivery takes about 9–14 business days from when your order ships. Express is available for a quicker arrival.

Will I be charged duties or taxes on international orders?

Any applicable duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout — you'll pay them upfront so your order arrives at your door without any surprise fees.

How do I track my international order?

If you selected Standard shipping on an international order, you can track it using our shipping partner Global-e:

  1. Go to https://web.global-e.com/Order/Track
  2. In the Order ID field, enter your 6-digit Shopify order number (the number that follows the # in your confirmation email , do not include the # itself)
  3. In the Email field, enter the email address you used at checkout
  4. Click track to see your order's current status and location

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return & exchange policy?

US orders: You can return unused unopened items within 30 days of delivery. 

Canada & Mexico orders: Unfortunately, we can't offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the US at this time. Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged or you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us at care@sincerely-yours.com — we'll take care of you.

How do I start a return or exchange?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, email us at care@sincerely-yours.com.

How long until I get a refund?

Refunds for orders placed within the US, (minus a $7 return processing fee) will be issued to your original payment method 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect shape. Please send us a photo of the damage along with your order number. Once we have that, we can get a replacement out to you or arrange a refund.

I bought your product at Sephora. Can I return it on your website?

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for items purchased at Sephora. Please return the product directly to your Sephora store or through Sephora.com according to their return policy.

With Subscribe & Save, you save 10% on every order. If you love our products, it's a great way to save every time.

You can cancel anytime, no questions asked. You are also able to change your frequency if you find you need to.

Do you offer gift cards? How can I redeem them?

Sincerely Yours digital gift cards are available for purchase directly on our website sincerely-yours.com.

Are gift card purchases refundable or exchangeable?

Gift cards are non-refundable.

What promotions do you offer?

Sign up for our email list and receive 10% off your first purchase. Your unique code will be emailed to you after signup. We also recommend sending a Glow Gram, a perfect way to share Sincerely Yours with your friends.

How do I apply promo codes?

Enter your promo code in the discount code field during checkout, just before payment. Once applied, the discount will be reflected in your order total. If you're checking out on a mobile device, tap “Show order summary” to reveal the discount code field. 

If you’re having trouble applying your discount code, send us a message with the code info. We’re here for you!

Can I use a promo code on a Glow Gram?

No—Glow Grams are already a special gesture and are not eligible for additional discounts.

Can I combine promotions?

Every formula is barrier-friendly, non-stripping, and non-irritating, plus clinically tested, vegan, and Leaping Bunny certified cruelty free.
